What if a frame breaks during shipment?
We guarantee each product from once it leaves our shop to the point it is received by the customer. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship your order to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your product.
How do you package frames?
Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches. Next they are wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally they are wrapped once again in a thicker more durable bubble wrap, adding extra protection during shipment.
How are your products packaged for shipment?
Generally posters are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps ensuring protection during shipment. Frames are usually shipped in corrugated boxes ranging in dimensions from 26x20x18″ to 28×5.5×38″.
Are your products eco-friendly?
All our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content.
Is my personal information and billing information safe?
Yes. We make sure that your information stays private and secure through industry-standard encryption technology. We will never sell or share your information with a third party.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we’ll then gladly send a replacement, on us.
What if the product is lost in the mail?
If your sent order is lost in the mail, no worries, we’ll make it and send it again. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and we’ll take care of everything for you.
Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes. All orders that are delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. For international orders, we offer limited tracking options, depending on the country of destination.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We ship internationally (anywhere in the world). All our non-framed posters, as well as our Framed Small (18” x 24” frames) posters can be shipped everywhere internationally. We have standard international shipping rates apply directly to your cart. However any customs fees that come up, are on you.
PLEASE NOTE: At the moment, Framed Large (24″ x 36″) posters are available to ship in the continental US only. Large, non-framed posters are available to ship anywhere you are located.

What forms of payment do you accept?
OfficeVitamins accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro). We also accept PayPal. We cannot accept wire transfers, money orders or checks.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns. However we are very confident in the quality of our offerings and doubt you will need to. If by any means you have to, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of everything for you.
You need to notify us of your intent to return an item within 7 days of you receiving your items, and you have up to 7 days after we have confirmed your return ID to mail your order back.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
On average we take between 2-7 days to process orders and ship them out. Shipping takes on average 6 days for continental US orders and approximately 10 days internationally, depending on where you are located.
